The best choice we have within our electoral system at present for filling the office of President. George Bush, a sad pathetic individual who will hopefully fade away quickly. I have no feelings of sorrow as I see him speak. He looks as if he recognizes he is fading away...that he has no power...I have no sympathy now nor will I on January 20, 2009 when he heads off to his ranch in Texas...he has always been brazen and uncaring in his blind allegiance to his unshakeable unwillingness to see reality. These characteristics have cost our country dearly in so many ways.
He should never have been elected president. He was not qualified. Sarah Palin would have been a better choice than he was. For one, she's smarter. I have a hard time understanding how this all happened and the meaning behind it if one believes "Everything happens for a reason and there are no accidents".  

Isn't Fall grand??? The colors of leaves on the trees, the air has that special quality that exists in Fall..just the slightest hint of coolness and the breeze or the air always seems to be moving, more so than it was in summer a short time ago when the air would be still and warm...The smell of the kitchen when dinner is being prepared on Sunday afternoon...you feel blessed, You feel a sense of joy and fullfillment at the fact that you have the comforts that you have. Thankful for family, thankful for a warm dry comfortable bed to sleep in at night. Thankful to be in a safe neighborhood where it is quiet.

I will be at this lovely event..and would love to visit with any ZADDIES or GAIA's that will be there...drop me a line if you are going too...

This is just a short note to mention a topic that I have been inspired by today. The notion that stillness and vastness that enable the universe to "BE" is not just out there in space...It is also within each of us. When you are utterly and totally present, you can experience this.We are here to enable the devine purpose of the universe to unfold! That's how important we are!

As I move thru my days I am struck by the energy that is present in my life. If you can, step back for a moment or meditate and take a deep breath physically and emotionally. What do you feel? What type of energy is present? Do you feel you are in a good period or bad? From acknowledgement comes the opportunity for action. Going on without honoring your condition is not good. There is a wonderful spirit spinning around me. I am giving Reiki frequently at present and this makes me feel blessed and connected with source. I feel that there is good around me or grace. I feel that I am in a period of changes. Sometimes in the past I have been in periods where I wondered what was happening? it wasn't clear. So there is a real contrast now and I appreciate feeling it. 

 

I want to be a person who gives "source" energy to the world in everything I do. I want to be a person who makes positive contributions at all times to the Akashic Record and am mindful of this. I want to be a person that other people approach for healing. I want to be a person that gives off bright light wherever I go. I want to be a person who creates music that heals the planet and those that it comes into direct contact with. I want to be a person who has fun! I want to be a person who laughs a lot every day. I want to be a person that is a wise parent and loving spouse. I want to be a person who makes choices each day and who has my own agenda for each day,hour and minute. I want to be a person who has my purpose and intentions clear for each day. I want to be a person who's blood sugar is 100 and who's weight is 200 lbs.  

I believe that Mr. Tolle's discussion in the Power of NOW regarding whether
we are polluting the world by living with negative energy from within ourselves
or from our surroundings goes to the heart of this movement that is taking hold…
His on-line sessions with Oprah and the resulting audience that it is reaching 
has a unique ability to affect the world by making people aware that there is a
different way to view their lives and others. 

Do we pollute? or choose a better path for living our lives?? We have an
opportunity to make changes for ourselves that will impact the greater good.
Humans are selfish, if we all do this work, we can be true to our nature and
the positive changes we make will spill  over to the places we go and things
 we do!!

What do you think as you walk around? What thoughts fill your head? We have a choice we can make to focus on what is right and good about our lives. "Thoughts become Things"

Who is important to us and what is the state of affairs with those people?

We can consciously exude our spiritual aliveness wherever we go..We will affect those around us. It is true. As I walk around today in my place of business I am allowing my spiritual gifts to eminate from my person...I am throwing off my intentions for healing whoever is within close distance to me. I see an energy in the form of waves surrounding me as I walk around. This is devine source. Wow!

I am reading Eckhart Tolle's "The Power of Now". The past couple of nights have been filled with short and long dreams where it seems that all hell is breaking loose in every area of my life that is particularly meaningful to me. Events are transpiring that are the worst possible things that could happen. I am waking up and seeing that I have been dreaming and breathing a sigh of relief! I believe what's happening is that my mind is struggling to stay in control because I am learning to exist away from it..in the space where Tolle says we should be. It is resisting detachment. earlier last night I felt for a brief time, the feeling of being in the "NOW" It felt good. Anybody else been through this or similar conditions?
